| Junior Project Manager Junior Project Manager Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to initiate, scope, plan, execute, control and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This will include managing the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to project schedule and plan. • Create project schedules and charters with the assistant of the Senior Project Manager • Identify, and manage project risks, issues and actions using the standard registers • Ability to use the information gathered to report progress to senior managers and various stakeholders • Must be technically astute and assist with creating reports and presentations using a variety of office tools • Must aim to improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions • Must have knowledge of the best practices for project management especially Prince 2 and PMBOK • Must have superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail. • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback. • Individuals with extremely high standards and a maniacally low threshold for errors and inefficient processes are ideal candidates for this position. | |
