Responsibilities: Plan, execute & support Six Sigma training. Identify & eliminate barriers that prevent Six Sigma implementation, through the application of your proven expertise in this area. Provide technical assistance to Black- and Green Belts. Punctual report & feedback to senior management on deployment focused key objectives. Requirements: 4yr degree in a Business or Technical Discipline; minimum 5 yrs Six Sigma industry experience with proven track record as a team leader. Exceptional problem solving capability with particular emphasis on process & outcome. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Minitab and Project Management Software Tools. Lean Practioners/Instructors Are you passionate about elimination of all waste for optimal performance while meeting customer demand? Are you a cohesive team player who is prepared to give every bit of dedication to achieve this effectively? If so, we would like to speak to you! Responsibilities: Hands on delivery of Lean Practitioner training & project application, whilst maintaining the highest degree of Lean & Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Lead and implement project teams to achieve all Lean objectives effectively. Provide technical assistance to Lean Practitioners & Facilitators. Punctual report & feedback to senior management on deployment focused key objectives Requirements: 4yr degree in a Business or Technical Discipline; minimum 5 yrs Lean industry experience with proven track record as a team leader.
