Responsibilities

Apply expert knowledge and experience in the development of innovative, standards compliant html based websites and digital applications, from concept to roll out. How many yrs exp
Actively manage own projects and team members, including back-end developers where necessary. How many yrs exp
Develop & mentor junior digital developers to a high level of competence. How many yrs exp
Active role in the quality control process for the studio.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility of projects in the 7 major web browsers How many yrs exp

Required Skills

Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of HTML, XHTML and CSS. How many yrs exp
Understands and demonstrates the use of different coding syntaxes depending on the output - online, mailer or mobile. How many yrs exp in each
Demonstrates the ability to slice layered graphics into robust, light-weight webpages. How many yrs exp
Understands interaction and usability of traditional websites, rich internet applications & mobile applications. How many yrs exp
Demonstrate effective understanding of technical advances and best practices.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the process.

Team interaction and management

Demonstrate outstanding professional demeanour that inspires team members and peers.
Work together with, and support the project lead across all projects, and become an integral part of the team.
Ensure you are aware of all deadlines and schedules.
Demonstrate that you are 'living the Company values'.
Work closely with the various teams during lifecycle of the project
