We offer our clients a broad and unique range of offers/incentives such as free flights, free cinema tickets, free meals, free games of golf and free beauty treatments. These products are delivered through one of many mechanics, accompanied by ground breaking in-house creative to deliver effective sales promotion campaigns to suit most audiences. Position This position is responsible for setting up our new office in J'Burg and for managing all functions within the agency consisting of Partnerships, Client Services, and Customer Services The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:- Ø Set, communicate and measure performance targets for each function. To include call handling volumes (inbound and outbound), complaint management, booking efficiency, etc.. Ø Measure, monitor, communicate results and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance targets for every live campaign that the Centre supports. Ø Responsible for the recruitment and management of staff including motivation, coaching, discipline, performance and training to ensure staff commitment to deliver effective Sales. Ø Set, communicate and measure performance targets for each function. To include call handling volumes (inbound and outbound), complaint management, booking efficiency, etc. KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS / EXPERIENCE • Proven agency account management with regular client contact. • Fluency (written and spoken) in relevant local language and English • Capable of handling multiple accounts/ projects at any point in time • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written • Excellent numeric levels, specifically Microsoft Excel • Efficient and responsive to urgent deadlines • Confident and outgoing with a very high energy level and work ethic – work hard play hard. • Proven negotiating skills • Great attention to detail and pro-activity • Comfortable in a commercial environment, determined and enthusiastic • Experience of working in a sales-driven environment | |
