New Business Development Consultant

Our Client is seeking a Lady who has previous experience in the sale of payroll software or banking/insurance software to Corporate.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

General

• New business presentations
• Cold calling / prospecting
• Preparing new business proposals and sales strategy / approach
• Confirming installation date
• Collecting agreement and FICA documentation
• Meet monthly sales, prospect meetings and prospect call targets
• Develop and maintain a prospect pipeline
• Own transport essential

Analysis

• Our Client is seeking a New Business Consultant to assist in the growth of their Company by adding new clients. This position will generate a large quantity of new business leads and prospects for the company according to pre-defined set of criteria.

• Matric
• Sales and Marketing qualification an advantage

The successful applicant must:

• Effective communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to listen
• Self-starter and self-finisher (Self-Motivated)
• Positive self image
• Naturally persuasive and assertive
• Presentation skills – group and one-on-one

Specific Skills (Technical):

• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales
• Business acumen
• Market, IT, Banking and Payroll knowledge advantageous
