Procurement Officer

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a procurement function
At least 3 years procurement management experience
Previous experience in managing supplier relationships
Strong knowledge of supply chain management legislation
Ensure constant flow of materials and service to meet operational requirements
Overall management of suppliers, new technologies, material, etc
Effective negotiation with suppliers, at the most competitive price to the company
Maintenance of supplier database
Implementation and continuous improvement of an appropriate procurement strategy for the Group
Ability to write and implement procurement related policies and procedures ensuring corporate governance
Responsible for the capital expenditure
Monitoring of stock movement and establish appropriate stocking policies and procedure
