| Regional HR Manager Salary: R400K- R450K ctc p.a. Education: • Minimum BTech/BA in Human Resources Management or relevant NQF 6 equivalent qualification Skills required: • Broad experience in a generalist human resources environment with sound knowledge of Labour Relation Legislation viz LRAct, BCEAct, EEAct. • Demonstrated understanding of HR practices, ER issues, budgets, policy and procedure formulation, transformational processes, change and project management • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills with sound persuasive and client relationship skills Job Description: Regional HR Manager required within the petrochemical industry to provide a Human Resources support service with delivery of HR systems, procedures and initiatives to appointed focus groups. | |
