| Learning & Development Specialist Salary: R420K – R450 K ctc p.a. Qualifications and experience: • A 3 year qualification relevant to the business function • Understanding of the business with regard to Sales and Distribution systems and processes • Experience in learning methodologies, organisational development techniques and change management Responsibilities: • Adapt and respond to a constantly changing internal business environment and its requirements • Be aware of Learning & Development legislative requirements • Keep abreast of current business strategies, goals, activities and developments • Understand how ones own role supports and affects the bottom-line • The need to integrate best practice in L&D into the organisation • Provide CAP assistance and skills programme / learnership support to the business • Monitor and conduct plant assessments • Monitor plant moderations • Analyse and evaluate trends and diagnose deeper problems • Manage L&D administration • Support change management • Support the plant with regard to IDP’s Consultant Name: Tumi | |
