Recruitment Consultant We are looking for a Consultant for a small but busy Agency based in the Randburg area to start January 2010. The successful incumbent will work on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract initially, which, if profitable for both parties, will become a Permanent position. Initially, the incumbent will work on a Commission basis, payable on every placement made, at a highly lucrative percentage. Once the position becomes permanent, a Basic Salary will come into play and the Commission structure will be revised. This will be discussed at Interview level. Requirements for the position are as follows : 1. A minimum of Matric 2. A minimum of 1 year’s solid experience within an HR or Recruitment environment 3. Excellent command of the English language 4. Strong interpersonal skills 5. Excellent telephone manner 6. Ability to secure new business 7. Impeccably groomed 8. Computer literate (Word, Excel, e-Mail & Internet) 9.
