| IT Sales & Client Relationship Assistant A Client Relationship Assistant position has become available for a technically minded individual at our clients Midrand office. Our client is a trusted supplier of quality computers and electronic products. They pride themselves on providing a high quality service to all their clients. Only individuals who meet with all the below minimum requirements will be considered for this position due to the high level of customer service required within this role. Minimum Requirements: Must have matric (IT qualification would be advantageous) Must have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience within a similar role/environment Must have previous experience in selling services/products Must be fully computer literate with strong product knowledge Must be able to communicate effectively in English & Afrikaans (verbal & written) Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise Must thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is an absolute must Must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Must be a pro-active team player Key Performance Areas: Answer customer enquiries and escalate to relevant person/department where required Identify new business opportunities and up-sell through relationship building with existing clients Manage the complete service process from sale through to delivery while constantly keeping the client informed Communicate in a professional manner via email/telephone/face-to-face Provide clients with relevant information and problem solve when required Arrange services for customers, evaluation units, installations, etc. Accurately capture customer information and save in relevant database Take client orders/sell products when required or when the opportunity arise Assist customers with private sales Order non-catalogue items on Fincon with different suppliers and regularly check on back orders Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Build on/improve basic knowledge of IT equipment In Return Our Client Offers: TCTC of R8000 - R12000 per month including incentives (depending previous experience, skill and qualifications) Relevant product training Permanent employment Strong and supportive management structure Prospective future career growth path | |
