| HR Administrator Our Client based in Edenvale requires the services of an HR Administrator, details as follow : Vacancy Details Start Date:ASAP Salary:Market Related Job Type:Permanent Introduction:All suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for this vacancy. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Key Performance Areas:Provide and maintain a quality human resources administrative service that conforms to the personnel needs of the company and the group Ensure that all HR administration queries are dealt with professionally Update the HR information system Process new staff requirements Update staff records (appointments, resignations, terminations, dismissals, transfers, training, promotions and leave records etc) Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process Coordinate an efficient injury on duty process Effectively reconcile HR instructions to Payroll Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Skills and Qualifications:Grade 12 (with accounting) and at least 3 years relevant experience A post Grade 12 qualification in Human Resources Management will be an advantage Basic knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation, policies and procedures High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and to work in a team Time management skills, stress management skills and ability to handle enquiries effectively Maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform independently Closing Date:26 November 2009 | |
