| receptionist Position for receptionist available. Following attributes required: * Must be computer literate. Able to use Microsoft word, excel and office as a minimum requirement. * Any form of tersiary training may be to your advantage. * At least 2 years experience. * Must be available immediately. * Must be living in the Parkmore/Sandton area, or within 15 minutes proximity of the offce. * Hours 08h00 - 18h00, Monday to Friday. Punctuality is crucial. * Good telephonic manner and etiquette. * Would from time to time be required to perform the duties of a secretary or other related administrative tasks such as filifng, faxing etc. * Will perform duties of a general office assistant. * Good communication skills and people skills a must. * Must be fluent in English. * To be off a good and pleasant composition. * To be well groomed and professional at all times. | |
