| English First: Online Teachers and Coaches We need to hire 20 part-time, online teachers for our new center in the next month. If you are enthusiastic and love to talk with people from around the world, we want to meet you. We are looking for people with the following qualifications: - Native English Speaker - Tertiary Education - Proficient Computer and Typing Skills - Energy and Enthusiasm - Interpersonal skills and a love of people *You don’t need any teaching experience to be eligible to teach with us. In fact, we find that our best teachers are simply friendly and enthusiastic. About the Positions: Online Teacher As an online teacher you would enter one of our virtual classrooms and teach a class of 10-15 international students. The lessons are comprised of a set of slides made by our content development team, and the theme of the slides changes every day. Classes are 45 minutes long, and after class the teacher spends about 10 minutes grading the students and leaving comments for them. Coach Coaching is a little more casual than teaching a class. In coaching, teachers call students to ask them about their current coursework. The call is to check up on the student's progress and to see if he/she has any questions. We try to call our students once a month. English First is the world’s largest private language educational company.
